Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. This catalogue is provided for your information, so you may make an offer to us to purchase. There is no contract of sale until we ship the goods or charge you. We reserve the right not to supply any order or customer, without explanation.

Shipping And Handling Carriage costs shown are for mainland UK only. If you are outwith this, we will email you with revised carriage costs, for your approval before we process the order. Small packets : where applicable, we will ship small light packages by post, and adjust the costs downward. If you want clarification, please email us before ordering for a carriage quotation.

Delivery Schedule Orders are usually processed within one or two working days. For UK delivery, most items should be received within 3 to 5 days. We will normally send your order to you immediately, once the order is confirmed . International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Most orders are shipped by courier, except for very small packages. Reduced postal charges may apply - enquire by email if you wish, or trust us to look after you this way. Goods lost in carriage will normally be replaced by us, but we reserve the right to refund or make other restitution.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will not charge until the backorder is ready for shipment.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All new product sold by us is guaranteed to at least the minimum required by law. You have the right to any applicable manufacturers' warranties.
